This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. The solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A030 for a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Individually Packaged Meal Drop off for dinner on 09 August 2026 - 20 August 2026 as defined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) for the NYARNG.

1. RFQ pages 1 and 3, on page 3 provide pricing per meal for individual dinner, as well as the total dollar amount for all 1632 meals during the duration of this event.


2. Catering List of Deliverables – filled out and signed with all attachments requested to include health and safety inspection certificates.


3. Contractor UEI and/or cage code.
