As such, SLPC follows Joint Commission standards which requires the credentialing of medical staff who work in the facility. Candidates must complete all items noted on the attached Exhibit 3 Credentialing Checklist, Documents for Privileging/Credentialing at SLPC. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, July 2 by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB.
