DWD, through its Procurement Unit (Procurement) on behalf of NCWWDB, is requesting proposals to retain an OSO to coordinate the service delivery of required one-stop partners and service providers to ensure meaningful access to all programs through the one-stop delivery system. The contract resulting from this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be a single award, and it will be executed and administered by either NCWWDB or a Contracting Entity. DWD does not guarantee that NCWWDB or the Contracting Entity will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount of services. Proposals that require the Contracting Entity to guarantee a specific quantity or dollar amount of services may be disqualified.
