The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for HUD’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), in support of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) requires the Contractor to provide licenses, configuration, implementation, and ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for HUD’s Enterprise Talent Management System (ETMS). The solution must support workforce planning, competency tracking, employee and leadership development, and data-driven decision-making.
