Canada is seeking to establish a contract for a period ending on March 31, 2027, with two additional option to extend the contract by one year each, to provide communications products for Outreach and engagement services with First Nations, Inuit and Métis across Canada as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work for Indigenous Services Canada. Indigenous Services Canada requires the supplier to provide the following services on an as needed basis: • Distribute communications products to First Nations, Inuit and Métis audiences across Canada using an established database (communities, Indigenous media, leaders); • Host landing pages to provide access to communications products, including translated content in select Indigenous languages and dialects, as required; • Track and report results, including proof of delivery and performance metrics. Communications products are materials developed to inform, educate, or engage specific audiences in support of program, policy, or organizational objectives. Communications products can include written content, visuals (such as banners, infographics, and posters), as well as audio and video materials. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
