This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, no award to follow. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research). The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking qualified 8(a) Small Business category sources that are capable of satisfying the agency's requirement by overhauling the USCG's 32-foot Transportable Port Security Boat (TPSB) in accordance with the attached Work Specification Sheet (WSS).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested parties should register in the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. SAM can be obtained by accessing the internet at www.sam.gov, or by calling 1-866-606-8220.
Companies having capabilities to provide these services are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (5/15/2026). The information submitted must include:
1. Name of Company, Address and UEI Number
2. Point of Contact and Phone Number
3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (must be Small Business 8(a) concern)
4. Complete and current data to demonstrate capability of meeting the requirements as outlined in the WSS via a capabilities proposal, not to exceed 5 pages. Emphasis should be on current or previous experience in performing this type of work in either the Commercial or Government space.
