This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZQ-18001 who qualified under the following category: - STREAM 8 – Recipient/ Contribution Agreement Audit The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. • Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. • Aniko Consultants Inc., Samson & Associés-CPA Consultation Inc.-Samson & Associates CPA-Consulting Inc., in Joint Venture • BDO Canada LLP • Deloitte LLP • Ernst & Young LLP • GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS GROUP LLP • KPMG LLP • MNP LLP • OXARO INC. • Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP • Samson & Associés CPA/Consultation Inc • Spearhead Management Canada Ltd. • Welch LLP Description of the Requirement: Transport Canada must engage the services of an audit firm to perform recipient audits on an as required basis under Work Stream 8: Recipient/ Contribution Audit. The contract will be used for recipient/contribution agreement audits as defined in the Request for Proposal and will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis. The resulting contract will be in effect from the contract award date to March 31, 2027, inclusive and will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions.
