WORK LOCATION (Base, Building, Floor/Room/Area, Interior/Exterior, as required) Base-Building: FALLBR-606; FALLBR-607; FALLBR-644; FALLBR-651; FALLBR-652; FALLBR-653 Floor: 2. LOCATION POC INFO Command: NMC 3. ISSUE & IMPACT (If not completed): 30_60_90 Deficiency. Roofs are leaking through cracks in concrete ceiling. If not completed, the roofs will continue to deteriorate and become unusable. 4. DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Full Project SCOPE): PHASE 4 work will fix FALLBR-606 (5,356 sf); FALLBR-607 (5,356 sf); FALLBR-644 (5,356 sf); FALLBR-651 (5,044 sf); FALLBR-652 (5,044 sf); FALLBR-653 (5,044 sf) 1) "V" cut concrete in line with cracks (approx. 100 lf each mag roof). 2) Fill saw cuts / cracks with epoxy filler. 3) Epoxy coat interior roof of magazine. 5.
