The project is a renovation of Building 254 for NCIS at NWS Seal Beach. Requirements include: Remove doors and frames Remove HVAC systems Remove exterior awnings north and north/east sides of building Remove bars from windows Remove windows Remove loading dock wooden edge and bolts Remove exterior bolts and chains from exterior walls Remove old exterior lighting and conduit Demo interior wall for future evidence room vault door Install roof Install HVAC Install CMU block to close existing evidence room door Install new evidence room door in interior of building Install exterior doors Install exterior windows Install exterior LED lighting Prep and paint exterior of building (including dock and stair rails)
