Fallbrook's water main near building 1 has experienced several water leaks over the years. Several water leaks in the main operating area were identified during the Michael Baker water study in 2024 which includes building 3, building, 5, and building 315.The requirement of this project is to replace approximately 1500 LF of the water main and the lateral that feeds B1, B5, B3, and B315 located on Sparrow Rd. This project will also include the replacement of the shut off valves on the water main and shut off valves on lateral lines. Currently B1 potable water is being feed from a fire hose that's connected to a fire hydrant . The recent water study conducted at Fallbrook in 2024 identified multiple water leaks in the main operating area that needs to be repaired. Without this project several buildings at Fallbrook will be impacted and face the risk of not having potable water delivered to their building which will cause tenants to experience adverse working conditions and cause further damage to the water system.
