Notice of Intent


The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source award to PETNET Solutions INC. DBA Siemens Healthineers for FDA approved Radiopharmaceuticals, FDG and NaF, Amyvid, and Posluma.  The period of performance includes a base and one option period from 1 Oct 26 – 30 Sep 27 and 1 Oct 27 – 30 Sep 28.  The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is authority FAR 12.102(a).  


The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412 – Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees.


THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available.


No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
