The notice does not constitute a commitment to award a contract, nor does it solicit formal bids or proposals; instead, it gathers market information to inform future procurement decisions. Respondents are requested to provide their business name, official doing business as name, representative contact details, CAGE code or UEI number, and a quote for three kits, each comprising twenty AZL-15 landing zone lights, two remote transmitters with a minimum 4,000-foot range, and a single Pelican case for secure storage and transport. The lighting equipment must operate in infrared, blue, and white modes with steady and flashing functions, comply with AFI 10-406 and AFI 13-217 standards, and include a minimum 12-month warranty. All costs including freight, handling, and labor must be included in the quote, and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this notice. The notice is structured as a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, targeting businesses such as Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone firms, 8(a) participants, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses. The response deadline is May 1, 2026, with submissions to be sent via email to the designated point of contact. Delivery is required to a location in California with ZIP code 95687, and while packaging must utilize Pelican cases, no specific labeling, preservation, or marking standards are detailed. No formal evaluation factors, contract clauses, or payment terms are included, as this is strictly an information-gathering tool. The contracting office has identified SSgt Wesley Shepherd as the primary point of contact for post-award administration, and questions regarding the notice should be directed to Alicia Fay or Lt Samuel De La Cruz. Participation in this sources sought does not guarantee inclusion in any future solicitation, and failure to respond will not preclude future competition.
