PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

Humble Independent School District is soliciting proposals under RFP 2025-107E for photography and videography services to support approximately 48,000 students across 47 campuses. This is a rolling proposal, meaning vendors will be reviewed and awarded on a recurring basis from the award date through June 30, 2027. The final deadline for vendors to submit responses for award consideration is March 31, 2027. The scope of work includes senior portraits, class group pictures, special event photography, athletic portraits, and panoramic photographs. Key requirements include providing at least two free color photographs per student for school records and yearbooks, alphabetizing and packaging deliveries by class or teacher, and managing all financial transactions related to picture sales. Awards are based on best value rather than the lowest price, evaluated on a 100-point scale considering past performance, service convenience, and responsiveness. Vendors must also provide a company catalog or brochure and are subject to criminal background checks and fingerprinting. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Ion Wave bidding system, as fax and email submissions are not accepted.
