This bid solicitation is to establish a contract with task authorizations (TA) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the bid solicitation to the Identified Users. The contract period will be for five years from the date of contract. The anticipated start date is April 1, 2026. Security Requirements There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by AAFC. Mandatory Site Visit It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. A mandatory site visit will be held at Summerland Research and Development Centre at 4200 Highway 97, Summerland, British Columbia on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, beginning at 11:00 am.
