The Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre (SHRDC), part of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), is seeking to establish a Task Authorization Contract with a plumbing contractor to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as emergency response services, for its mechanical, sanitary, and laboratory infrastructure. The contractor will be required to perform plumbing work on an as-and-when-requested basis for the SHRDC in accordance with the response time, materials and prices set out in the contract, by providing skilled labour, expertise, transportation, tools, equipment, accessories and all other supplies or knowledge needed to perform the work. Optional Work Site Visit : Canada recommends that the Offeror attend the site visit. An optional site visit will be held at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre (3600 Casavant West Boulevard, St-Hyacinthe, QC. J2S 8E3) on August 20, 2025, beginning at 10H00 AM. Canada may request Offerors sign an attendance sheet. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitng an offer.
