The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Services is requesting for quotes to provide postage by phone using a Pitney Bowes SendPro P2000 at the Jicarilla Service Unit located at 500 Mundo Dr. Dulce NM 87528. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: Request for Information number (RFI) 75H70719Q00078 is a "Sources Sought Notice" IAW Far Part 13. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate small business entities with a preference of qualified and eligible IEE or ISBEE firms "Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses" that can provide supplies to the Indian Health Service under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. This is a request for information only. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary with no obligation or incurred cost by the government. The contractor shall provide "postage by phone" labels for mailing letters, packages and written correspondence IAW all United States Postal Service laws, regulation, fees. Equipment is not necessary and should not be included with proposal as the facility has already purchased a Send-Pro P2000 for this purpose. Provide with response - 1) E-mail response. Shall be in a printer friendly format, Word or PDF, 8x11 page size, 5 page limit. 2) Certification as an IEE or ISBEE firm.
