Liquidated damages of $120 per day apply for delays. All work must be performed in Indonesia, requiring the contractor to maintain a permanent business presence there within 30 days of award. Additional requirements include mandatory Defense Base Act insurance, submission of a Site Safety and Health Plan 10 working days before work begins, approval of Activity Hazard Analyses for all tasks, and compliance with local Indonesian laws, permits, and labor standards.
