Fairfax County Park Authority is soliciting pre-bid qualifications for the construction of the Rock Hill District Park Multi-Use Fields located at 15150 Old Lee Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151. Only firms that have been pre-qualified in accordance with the procedures in the Pre-qualification Application will be eligible to submit bids for this project. Bids received from those who have not been pre-qualified will not be considered. Construction bids for this project are currently scheduled to be opened in November 2026. The project may include the construction of two (2) natural surface, rectangular multiuse Fields with a synthetic turf Cricket pitch, including site preparation, grading, stormwater management, dormant Bermuda turf establishment, fencing, asphalt trails, ADA parking, and related site amenities at Rock Hill District Park. The Contractor shall coordinate all work, sequencing, site access, and subcontractors to maintain safe site operations and minimize impacts to adjacent facilities.
