The Contractor must deliver a suite of pre-performance documents including names and police clearances for all personnel, OEM certification, a strategic maintenance plan, a detailed maintenance schedule approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and a Certificate of Insurance within specified timeframes after award. Performance is governed by strict quality assurance standards, including a maximum of one customer complaint per month, with corrective action required for any failures. Invoicing must occur after each service visit and must include a signed maintenance checklist submitted directly to the COR.
