This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for purchasing fuel tender services in support of the forest's prescribed fire program for the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest located in Utah. The vendor(s) shall furnish supplies or services, if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer. Awards may be made to a single vendor or to multiple vendors. Services under this agreement will provide an onsite fuel tender at different locations on the Forest to support the implementation of three prescribed fires - Blacksmith Fork, Hoop Lake, and Bear Lake. Notice of upcoming burn windows will be provided to the contractor at least one week prior to implementation. The tender will receive at least 24 hours notice prior to actual implementation. Work will occur during daylight hours, typically from 0900 to 1900. There is a possibility that this agreement may be extended by up to an additional 12 months through the exercising of an option year.
