DESCRIPTION:


NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for Annual Maintenance for six (6) Air Compressor Units in support of Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Fire & Emergency Services.


The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on or about 06 JULY 2026 for preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and certification services for air compressor systems and associated components.


The contractor shall provide qualified personnel with the necessary experience, certifications, tools, and equipment required to perform maintenance and repair services in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable safety standards, and industry best practice.


The anticipated period of performance is:


Base Year: 31 August 2026 to 30 August 2027
Option Year 1: 31 August 2027 to 30 August 2028
Option Year 2: 31 August 2028 to 30 August 2029
Option Year 3: 31 August 2029 to 30 August 2030
Option Year 4: 31 August 2030 to 30 August 2031
