The Defense Intelligence Agency is looking to develop an enterprise wide solution to our printer, scanner, copier, fax and maintenance program. DIA wishes to envision a single integration method encompassing a full range of these supplies and services. In the past, DIA has acquired these supplies/services on an as needed basis through separate divisions within the agency. DIA is seeking information from industry regarding the following: 1. Has industry provided this type of service or similar in scope to other government agencies? If so, what agencies, the year completed and the dollar value? 2. What were the actual and/or potential cost savings from the innovated approach? 3. What is the lead time to implement this action after contract award? At this time, DIA is NOT seeking cost proposals for these supplies/services. The agency is seeking information to determine the feasibility of developing a program of this nature. All responses should be submitted via email to Otis Lincoln at contact@example.gov and Laura Paskman-Syms at contact@example.gov by 5PM/EST 02 December 2011. Four pages will be the maximum accepted page count. As a result of this RFI, there is no guarantee of contract action nor will an evaluation be conducted of products as this unrestricted from brand name. Should the Government decide to pursue this type of acquisition it will be a full and open competition.

All call orders will define their own acceptance criteria, deliverables, and contract types, ensuring flexibility in execution without compromising control. The procurement is conducted under NAICS code 928110 with additional qualifying codes, administered by the Virginia Contracting Activity, and the solicitation number is DF-0001-26. The total contract value is redacted, and no specific packaging, inspection, or payment details are provided beyond the overarching framework of integrated, cleared labor support tied to mission-critical security delivery.
