The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor to provide Printing Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-Visiting (MECSH) program Learning to Communicate (LtC) Booklets.
Note: Once bid is awarded, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be attached and incorporated into the Contract.
ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from the date the State obtains all required signatures, until January 31, 2026, or when all obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Sherry.otto@state.mn.us no later than Friday, October 3rd, 2025 at 3:00 PM Central Time. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
