Printing Services

VIA is looking for a Supplier capable of supplying printed products of various specifications, storing merchandise, managing inventory, managing orders from internal (VIA) and external (relevant stakeholders) clients, as well as shipments both in Canada and internationally, and offering consulting services in printing technology. In order to submit the proposal, the Tenderer must be able to comply with the following mandatory criteria: Tenderer’s company experiences            The Tenderer must have at least five (5) years of experience in managing a program similar to what specified in Appendix A "Specifications and Specifications" at the time of the proposal submission.                  Tenderer’s computer (IT) system                       The Tenderer must have a computer (IT) system that can manage inventories related to a printing program.                Tenderer’s Bilingual Services               The Tenderer must provide a bilingual (English and French) customer service team, available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.           Tenderer’s Warehouse                         The Tenderer's primary warehouse must be based in Canada.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
