The Canadian Hydrographic Service (CHS) of Fisheries and Oceans Canada requires a maximum of five (5) contractors to provide nautical charts and publications that meet the requirements of the Navigation Safety Regulations, 2020, supported under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001. The period for making call-ups against a standing offer extends from the date of award up to four (4) subsequent years. The objective is to award up to five (5) Standing Offer Agreements to qualified suppliers who can provide on-demand printing services to meet the specific needs described in the Statement of Work. Call-up procedures will be based on the right of first refusal.
