Full Description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information and input from the Industry on their ability to provide to CMHC with digital mail and printing services for the following streams: Stream A: Onsite Services at CMHC which may include digital mail and distribution, shipping and receiving, digitization and the management of document folders for CMHC’s mortgage insurance claims, payments and recoveries, as well as the required technology (software/applications). Stream B: Offsite Services at third-party providers location which may include printing, reproduction and finishing services management as well as the required technology (software/applications). In order to determine current market capabilities and to define CMHC’s requirements for the future, CMHC requires Industry input for a potential subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
