Professional Engineering Services-Water System Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement

The City of Troy is soliciting sealed qualifications for a three-year term contract to provide professional engineering services for drinking water system improvements, specifically focusing on the development of a lead service line inventory and the execution of a multi-phase replacement program for the Bureau of Department of Public Utilities.
