Offerors must demonstrate the ability to manage complex environments including the METIC test facility, support mission-critical programs such as MHS GENESIS, administer SDLCNext as the enterprise standard, migrate legacy systems to GitLab and Docker, and sustain cybersecurity posture in accordance with Zero Trust principles.
