The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) is soliciting quotes to establish up to six decentralized, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial off-base lodging. The selected small business contractors must provide clean, safe, and secure single and double occupancy rooms located within a 15-mile driving radius of JBSA-Lackland or JBSA-Fort Sam Houston to support transient military and civilian personnel. The agreement features a five-year period of performance, with an ordering period extending to October 31, 2031. Awards will be based on the Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA) method, requiring pricing to be at or below the established GSA Per Diem Rate.
