Protocall Services — Virtual health therapy

Protocall Services Inc. is required to maintain compliance with various federal and state regulations, including the Buy American Act, the Davis-Bacon Act, and restrictions on certain telecommunications equipment. Administration is managed by the Sourcewell Chief Procurement Officer, with suppliers required to remit administrative fees and maintain detailed transaction records for audit purposes.
