This Request for Services (the “RFS”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”), to prospective Pre-Qualified Suppliers to submit proposals for two bundles of four (4) schools project as further described in The Scope of Work (Appendix 1) (the “Services”). In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. Contact the RFS Contact by email with any questions relating to this Request for Services (RFS). Manitoba will inform Pre-Qualified Suppliers about any changes to this RFS on MERX before the submission deadline via an addendum.
