Purchase of Landscape Upgrade for the Dallas Police Department *220113

The City of Dallas is soliciting bids for the installation of 400 feet of landscape edging at the Dallas Police Department Northeast Police Station located at 9915 Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX. The scope of work includes the pickup and delivery of all necessary materials to the jobsite and the subsequent haul off of all debris. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or the most advantageous proposal. Subcontracting is permitted, and there is no incumbent provider for this project. Contractors must adhere to strict insurance requirements, including Workers Compensation, Business Automobile Liability with a minimum combined single limit of 500,000 dollars, and Commercial General Liability with a minimum of 500,000 dollars per occurrence and a 1,000,000 dollar general aggregate. The City of Dallas must be named as an additional insured. All goods must be newly manufactured and free from defects, carrying a one-year unconditional warranty starting from the date of official acceptance. Bids must be submitted via the Bonfire hub portal by September 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Payment is contingent upon the City's inspection and formal acceptance of the work, and all deliveries are considered FOB Dallas delivery site.
