Q--Extract Laboratory Management System (ELMS) for the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory

This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a Small Business set aside sole source contract to MDM Technologies, LLC to further the development and enhancement of the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory's (USACAEL) web based Extract Lab Management System (ELMS). The enhancement of the ELMS will provide management and clinical administration tools, and reporting capabilities designed to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services for the allergy patient. In addition, this award will include technical project management, requirements analysis, design, development, implementation and quality assurance necessary for the the completion of all USACAEL project requirements and services. This notice is an urgent requirement for the United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory (USACAEL) located at Fort Detrick's Forest Glen complex, situated in Silver Spring, MD, under the supervision and guidance of the Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center at Fort Meade, MD.
