Service: Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Black Hills Healthcare System in the location of: Mission South Dakota. The proposed CBOC services include leasing, furnishing, equipping, and staffing one CBOC and providing healthcare services to veterans. The proposed CBOC will provide services for an estimated quantity of 188 Veteran patients and will be reimbursed on a per visit basis instead of capitated rate. The current CBOC is operated by a contractor and is located in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. The anticipated contract will be a re-competition for services to begin at the end of that contract, and the anticipated contract period is a base year plus four (4) one-year options, with services estimated to commence on 10/1/2015.
