The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified small business contractors to provide artificial intelligence–based prognostic and predictive prostate cancer diagnostic testing services under a five-year firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement with the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. The procurement, identified as RFQ 36C25926Q0220, is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 621511 with a $41.5 million size standard, and requires the offeror to deliver comprehensive laboratory services including AI-driven analysis of biopsy slides, metastatic risk assessment, identification of patients suitable for active surveillance or combined radiation and androgen deprivation therapy, and consultative support to clinicians.
