The Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Finance Staff (FS) has a requirement for contractor provided accounting support services to assist with the conversion of grant financial transactions from the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) to the Financial Management Information System2 (FMIS2). The subject matter expert (SME) must be able to obtain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)clearance. The Government intends to award a Small BusinessSet-Aside (SBSA) contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base period from the date of award through September 30, 2008, with four (4) one year options thereafter.
