Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.1.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide on-site technical assistance and SOVT support to USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN-78) BFTN System located pier side NAVSTA Norfolk in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
