REFERENCE INFO: The office of procurement has approximately 2000 files to close out during FY08, 1100 for FY09, 1000 for FY10 and 750 for FY11. These files consist of fixed price and cost reimbursable. Contractor shall ensure all contract closeout requirements are met using the contract closeout procedures in FAR 4.804 and 42.708, and local procedures, to complete required actions. INSTRUCTIONS: This requirement will be a Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources, with the capability of providing the required services are invited to submit, on a voluntary basis, in writing, sufficient information that demonstrates their ability to fulfill this requirement. Submissions shall include information concerning performance-based contract measurement recommendations, contract type, labor categories, number of hours, rates, and any other relevant recommendations. Responses shall not exceed 10 pages, and standard company brochures are not desired. All questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted in writing and may be submitted by e-mail to: david.f.smith@irs.gov. Responses shall be submitted by 3:00 p.m. EST on Monday April 10, 2008 to the following address: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Suite 500 Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: David F. Smith III, OS:A:P:I:D:B. Responses may also be submitted by e-mail to the e-mail address above. Any responses to this notice should reference number: IRS-RFI2008. Please do not call with questions.
