R--Medical Record Data Collection

The Bureau of the Census plans to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to Solucient LLC for the acquisition of abstract medical records data on magnetic tape from 45 hospitals. This data comprises the Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (UHDDS), which is vital for the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS).
