Full Description

The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Office of the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) intends to award a sole source task order extension to SERCO INC., Barry Lieberman, 1818 Library St, Ste 1000 Reston Va 20190-6276, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(b)(3) as implemented by FAR 1605(b) (2) (iii) and DFARS 216.505-70(b)(2). In the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under contract, W916WAW-10-D-0077-0002 SERCO INC will provide critical personnel support services to the Military Resources Division (HRD) at CONUS and OCONUS installations. This action will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee task order extension with a period of performance of two (2) months commencing on 02 March 2011, and ending on 03 May 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541612 with a size standard of $5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source task order extension is not a request for competitive proposals.
