Full Description

The MICC Center - Fort Knox intends to issue a sole source 67 days bridge contract to BCP International Limited in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement consists of providing the following administrative support services to The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS) located at Charlottsville, VA. (1) Administrative Services: Contractors is required to provide front office personnel management and administrative support services. (2) Front Desk Reception: Contractors is required to verify visitor information; issue and maintain building access cards and parking passes; screen, direct, and log phone calls; operate remote door locks; and monitor security cameras. (3) General Administrative Support: Contractors is required to assemble and correlate training materials and documents, create and maintain student files, and prepare monthly status reports. Additional duties include performing weekly preventative maintenance on copiers, diagnosing office equipment malfunctions, and reporting non-operational equipment to maintenance coordinator. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
