Full Description

In accordance with Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003, the General Services Administration Federal Technology Service (FTS) has completed the three streamlined competitions announced in FedBizOpps on July 24, 2003 in accordance with OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. These three streamlined competitions are for financial operations for Regional Information Technology (18 FTE, located in Philadelphia, PA; Kansas City, MO; Ft. Worth, TX; San Francisco, CA; and Atlanta, GA); financial operations for Local Telecommunications (51 FTE in Atlanta, GA; Kansas City, MO; Ft. Worth, TX; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Philadelphia, PA; Fairview Hts, IL; Roanoke, VA; and Washington, DC); financial operations for National Programs (43 FTE in Fairfax, VA; Alexandria, VA; and Fairview Hts, IL). As a result of this study, performance of the functions for all three of the streamlined competitions shall remain in-house.
