The Department of Veteran Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 intends to make a single source award to People Designs, Inc. for consulting services to support the ongoing PREPARE research study at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Operating under NAICS 541511, the contract covers a primary performance period from August 1, 2015, to July 31, 2016, with two additional option years. The scope of work includes website content development, production consulting, data analytics, and the creation of intervention materials in web-based, DVD, photo booklet, and pamphlet formats. This procurement is justified as a single source award because People Designs, Inc. previously developed the custom application and research design, making them the only source capable of finalizing the study. While this notice is not a formal request for quotes, other responsible sources may submit capability statements by July 10, 2015, provided they can demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the government. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for consideration.
