PPSS requirements under the proposed effort include project management, software maintenance/enhancement, software support, software facilities support, contractor field service support, formal review requirements, data deliverables, and information assurance guidance. The software source code for MIDAS system was developed by, and is proprietary to, Raytheon. The Government does not possess a Technical Date Package (TDP) for MIDAS.
