Solicitation # 36C10D26Q0209
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Veterans Benefits Administration, is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-price purchase order to deliver a fully integrated and operational Mobile Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Application System. This project supports a Veteran's self-employment services plan under the Lincoln VA Regional Benefit Office in Nebraska. The selected contractor will be responsible for transforming a Veteran-furnished trailer and previously acquired equipment into a turnkey end item. Final acceptance and payment are contingent upon a successful operational demonstration, the delivery of a complete as-built documentation package, and written verification of training.
