Rebid Supplemental Labor for Boiler Maintenance - Term Contract

Louisiana State University (LSU) has issued solicitation RFQ-0000002915 for a term contract to provide supplemental labor, technical support, maintenance, and installation for fire tube, water tube, and steam boilers, as well as water heaters across all campus buildings. The contract period begins on the date of award and ends on June 30, 2027, with the possibility of 12-month renewals. Qualified suppliers must provide all necessary tools and equipment and ensure that any supplied welders hold a National Board R stamp certification. The scope of work includes annual preventative maintenance, internal and external inspections, troubleshooting, and emergency response, with a requirement for personnel to be on-site within two hours of an emergency call.
