THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNT ABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING DRYDOCK AND REPAIRS UNDER CONTRACT EA133M-10-CN-0022. Modification 0001 is hereby made to Contract EA133M-10-CN-0022.
