This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) unless otherwise noted herein. The NJ Army National Guard (NJARNG) requires mall banner advertising at the Woodbridge Center Mall, 250 Woodbridge Center Dr., Woodbridge, NJ 07095. The vendor shall provide service for 52 weeks. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 SEP 2017 - 31 AUG 2018. The vendor will offer one double-sided banner advertisement with a minimum size of 8 feet high and 14 feet wide. Exact location of advertisement to be agreed upon by vendor and New Jersey Army National Guard. 2. The vendor will include ALL production costs, including modifications to the artwork requested by the New Jersey Army National Guard, in their bid. Artwork will be high quality and high definition. The vendor shall be responsible for the installation of advertisements, removal, and coordination with mall management/ownership. Artwork for banner advertisement will include images provided by the New Jersey Army National Guard. In addition, artwork will include recruiter contact information specific to the area and the New Jersey Army National Guard state specific URL, NJARMYGUARD.com Vendor will provide digital artwork proofs to be reviewed and approved by NJARNG. NJARNG must approve final artwork prior to production. 3. See attached Statement of Work as a reference. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation. Offers will be evaluated on price and technical acceptability. This requirement is classified under NAICS code 541850. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
