This sole source is intended to be awarded to CBS Broadcasting, Inc. Interested concerns may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement, based upon any responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sole source is based upon the location geographics and public visibility to enhance recruiting efforts for the Maryland Army National Guard. The proposed procurement is for recruiting announcements on Sports Radio 105.7 during the period of Feb-Apr 2009 and outdoor display exhibit in parking area adjacent to M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore, Maryland during the period of Aug-Dec 2009.
