The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a sole source purchase order on or about 23 Apr 12 to Charlotte Checkers to include the following: - Advertisement material shall be displayed at all 2012 Charlotte Checkers' regular season and 2012 Charlotte Checkers post-season home games held at the Arena during the term as set forth hereafter. - The Charlotte Checkers shall only be required to provide "every game" deliverables (deliverables required to be delivered during each home game such as on-ice promotions, scoreboard or video board appearances, public address announcements and in-game promotions) during 35 of the 38 Charlotte Checkers' regular season home games. - 1 concourse display table throughout playoffs - On-site promotion (main concourse of Time Warner Cable Arena) at 6 designated home games - PA announcement at start of 3rd period - Recruiting Squadron logo featured on main video board during PA announcement - Recruiting Squadron logo and brand messaging featured prominently on the Checkers 360 LED throughout 3rd period and four sided video board - LED logo will be the default logo during play for the 3rd period, only changing out during penalty kills, power plays and - score promotions.
